Hire package includes:
- Jackhammer on trolley
- 480mm floor grinder
- Vacuum cleaner (for use with the concrete grinder)
- 1mm of diamond wear per day, or 5mm per week
Lift the tiles off the concrete floor with the trolley mounted jackhammer. Following this, the remaining uneven surface can be cleaned off using a concrete grinder to remove all tile glue and tile remnants. The remaining surface will be a smooth surface ready for re-tiling or application of a coating.
Further grinding can also be done to expose the aggregate,followed bythe application of a coating to produce a perfectly shiny polished concrete floor.

Multiple types of discs can be selected in the hire package - the total wear is measured across all discs, with excess diamond wear charged at $55/mm for the 250mm discs, and $35/mm for the 175mm discs (the 480mm machine has three of these discs).
The hirer is also welcome to use their own discs.

A heavy duty Hilti jackhammer on trolley with tile-lifting bit for large area tile removal. An aggressive floor grinding machine for removing coatings and preparing concrete surface for coatings. This machine will remove paint, epoxy and adhesives, exposed aggregate, and grind surface imperfections.
