Tow these trailers with any vehicle that has a 2-tonne towing capacity.
Mega Hire takes care of the waste disposal (included in the price above) - simply return the full skip to our yard. Standard price allows for disposal of 400kg of waste. For waste >400kg, additional weight is charged at $0.40/kg. Maximum allowable waste of 1000kg.
What waste is allowed
General rubbish:
- Timber
- Furniture, office material
- Clothes
- Electrical goods
- Carpet
- Steel, bricks, concrete (restricted by max weight of 1000kg - roughly 5 and 7 wheel barrow loads)
- Light construction waste
- Gardening waste & trees
- Sand, soil (restricted by max weight of 1000kg - roughly 5 and 7 wheel barrow loads). Ensure there are no fire ants
What waste isn't allowed
Dangerous materials (flammable, toxic, ecotoxic, explosive, poisonous, infectious substances), which includes, but it not limited to:
- Asbestos
- Chemicals, oils, paints, acids
- Poisons
- Biological / medical waste
- Batteries
- Radioactive materials
- Gas bottles / spray cans
- Soil containing fire ants
Tyres and mattresses are accepted, however attract additional disposal fees ($45 each).
